 REFUND POLICY

Please check carefully any giving or payment amounts prior to completing your transaction. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision on how you wish funds to be allocated.

Recurring Donation Change or Stop Policy
To change or stop your monthly recurring giving, please call the office or email us at deliverthecaptivesmin@gmail.com.

Overpayment or Error Refund Policy
Where an error has been made by Deliver The Captives Church – Temple of Praise or a banking facility which results in an overpayment being made, Deliver The Captives Church – Temple of Praise may, in consultation with the donor refund by either a credit of the overpayment to the donor, or alternatively by check for the full amount of the overpayment. Checks will be sent within 30 days to the donor’s on file address.
